NVDRA ERP is operated by NVDRA (Nexus, Vision, Data, Research & Analytics). Companies use it to keep their own stock, bills, customers, suppliers and payments. For that business data, the company is the data controller and NVDRA processes it on the company’s behalf.
What we store
- The company’s profile, logo, items, stock movements, bills, orders, payments and expenses entered by its staff.
- Customers’ and suppliers’ details entered by the company: name, business name, phone, email, address, NTN and their account ledger.
- Your NVDRA account identity (name, email) from auth.nvdra.com. Passwords are never stored in NVDRA ERP.
Who sees it
- The company’s admin and the staff it adds, each limited to what their role allows.
- A customer or supplier with portal access sees only their own orders, bills, payments and ledger with that company — never other parties’ data, and customers never see the company’s rates on orders.
- NVDRA staff, only to support the service or when the law requires it.
Emails
When a company has email alerts on, NVDRA ERP emails its customers and suppliers about bills, orders and payments that concern them, under the company’s name. A company can switch alerts off for any party.
Security
Every company’s data is isolated from other companies. Sign-in goes through auth.nvdra.com. Access ends automatically when a staff login is switched off, a portal is closed, or the company is suspended.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete your personal data held by a company, contact that company first. You can also reach NVDRA through our contact page.
