NVDRA ERP is a subscription service by NVDRA. These terms apply to companies that subscribe, the staff who sign in for them, and the customers and suppliers they give portal access to.

Accounts

• Each company and its admin account are set up by NVDRA. The admin adds staff and decides what each role can do.
• Customers and suppliers sign in with their own NVDRA account. A company can close their portal at any time.
• Keep your NVDRA password private; you are responsible for activity under your login.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed yearly in Pakistani rupees as shown on the pricing page. Plan limits (staff logins, godowns, monthly invoices, portals) apply while the plan is active. Unpaid invoices may lead to the company being temporarily blocked until payment is received.

Your data

Your business data belongs to your company. You can export items and print or download every bill, statement and report. Tax figures are calculated from the rates you enter — filing returns remains your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Don’t use NVDRA ERP for unlawful trade, to send unsolicited email, or to try to reach another company’s data.

Liability

NVDRA ERP is a tool: pricing, credit and stock decisions remain the company’s responsibility. We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
